Gregory has been an independent filmmaker for over 40 years and is a member of the Producers Guild of America. He is the founder of Amazing Fantasy Fest, which has run in Buffalo for 16 years, and Empire Film Festival, a new event in Ithaca. He is also the Executive Director of Cinema Arts Collaborative, Inc., a501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to growing and educating the filmmaking community in Western New York. The first films he saw in a movie theater were Walt Disney's BAMBI and PINOCCHIO IN OUTER SPACE, on a double feature at the now-closed Regent Theater in Dunkirk, New York, at age three. He names the original KING KONG as one of his favorite films, marveled at the films of Ray Harryhausen as a boy, and is a bigfan of STAR BLAZERS. His featue films KILLER RACK, JOHNNY GRUESOME and WIDOW'S POINT all featured stop motion animation. His personal website is Gregory Lamberson Film.
Tamar is an advocate for women in film. She is the Co-Founder of the acclaimed Valkyrie International Film Festival in Buffalo, which showcases films directed by women and seeks to uplift them. She is a feature film producer with credits including JOHNNY GRUSOME, WIDOW'S POINT, GUNS OF EDEN and FRENZY MOON and serves as the Festival Organizer for Amazing Fantasy Fest and Empire State Film Festival. Julian has supported Fantastic Cinema in Western New York since the very first Buffalo Screams Horror Film Festival back in 2010 and counts Isaac Ezban as his favorite director and Black Fawn Films as his favorite production company. He has probably screened 2,500 short film festival submissions and has appeared in such films as Killer Rack and Dick Johnson and Tommygun vs. the Cannibal Cop, and knows a thing or two hundred about wrestling. His favorite animated film is AKIRA.
Alex ("the man called Sloan") is a recent grauate of Villa Maria's animaton program and is a martial artist who has appeared in many films, including SLIME CITY MASSACRE, DRY BONES, KILLER RACK, JOHNNY GRUESOME and WIDOW'S POINT. Most recently, he played a werewolf in FRENZY MOON. His favorite animated film is FELIX THE CAT: THE MOVIE (1988).
Alex is a local independent creator and recent graduate of Animation at SUNY Niagara College. He’s always known he wanted to be an animator even as a little kid making flipbooks with sticky notes. He is trained in writing and acting, with experience in both traditional and digital 2D animation. He has credits with Fountain’s Pen Cartoons and Digital Guerrilla Cinema LLC. His favorite film of all time is HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON.
